| June 11th, 2008So this is finally over. Today the District Attorney (one day before my trial) offered me another plea deal and this time I accepted it. What originally started as a DUI with reckless driving and then bumped up to felony eluding was bargained down to simple careless driving a $100 traffic ticket.
Arrested in front of my home without probable cause, my driving privileges put at risk for a year with the DMV for the refusal to blow, five days I was forced to attend the courthouse, six visits to my attorney. A traffic ticket. Cock Suckers!
